The team plays its home matches at the Stade Dominique Duvauchelle, which has a capacity of around 12,000 spectators. The club's traditional colors are red and blue.

Over the years, Créteil has had some notable players, including former French international and current Paris Saint-Germain coach, Mauricio Pochettino, who played for the club during the 2000-2001 season.

Créteil has had some success in its history, with its best achievements coming in the 1990s and early 2000s. It won the Championnat National in 1996 and earned promotion to Ligue 2, the second tier of French football. The club also reached the final of the Coupe de la Ligue in 2000, where it lost to Gueugnon.

In recent years, however, Créteil has struggled and has been relegated from Ligue 2 to the Championnat National. Despite this, the club remains an important part of French football and continues to produce talented players.
